Dress to Impress Ranks — All 14 Star Tiers

Data checked:

All 14 standard ranks

RankStars neededWhat it takes
New Model 0 – 50 Where every account starts. One decent round usually clears it.
Rising Star 50 – 200 Roughly a first session's worth of runway votes.
Aspiring Model 200 – 500 The first rank other players actually notice on your name tag.
Fashionista 500 – 1,000 The most searched rank in the ladder — the point most casual players stall at.
Glamourista 1,000 – 1,500 A short band; usually two or three evenings past Fashionista.
Fashion Maven 1,500 – 3,000 First rank that needs consistent top-three placements, not just participation.
Runway Queen 3,000 – 6,000 Double the previous band. Podium finishes start mattering more than round count.
Trend Setter 6,000 – 15,000 The longest grind so far — 9,000 stars wide.
Runway Diva 15,000 – 25,000 Regulars-only territory.
Top Model 25,000 – 50,000 The 25,000-star band; months of steady play.
Glamour Elite 50,000 – 75,000 Rare enough that you will not see it in most lobbies.
Fashion Mogul 75,000 – 100,000 Six figures of stars is now in sight.
Supernova 100,000 – 150,000 Second-highest rank in the game.
Fashion Goddess 150,000+ The cap. No rank exists above it — the counter simply keeps climbing.

Where the ladder actually gets hard

The first five ranks are close together — the whole run from New Model to Glamourista is 1,500 stars, which most players clear in a few sessions. Then the bands stretch out fast. Trend Setter alone spans 9,000 stars, Top Model spans 25,000, and the last three ranks together ask for 100,000 more. In practice the ladder has two halves: everything up to Fashion Maven is a participation curve, and everything after Runway Queen is a placement curve. If you are stalling, the fix is not playing more rounds — it is placing in the top three more often.

Style Showdown ranks

Style Showdown is a separate elimination-format mode, capped at 7 players, and since 4 July 2026 it has its own currency: Style Stars. Its ladder is much shorter, and it resets none of your main progress.

Showdown rankStyle StarsNotes
New Contestant 0 – 40 Style Showdown uses its own Style Star currency, added in the 4 July 2026 overhaul.
Runway Rookie 40 – 90 Two or three completed Showdown runs.
Entry Competitor 90 – 175 You need to survive eliminations, not just enter.
Chic Challenger 175 – 350 Regular finalist territory.
Top Competitor 350+ The Style Showdown cap.

What ranks are not

A rank is not a skill gate. Nothing in the game is locked behind a rank except a small set of rank items, and the runway does not weight votes by rank. A New Model with a sharp read on the theme beats a Fashion Mogul who phoned it in. Ranks also do not decay — stop playing for a year and your title is exactly where you left it.

Rank FAQ

What is the highest rank in Dress to Impress?

Fashion Goddess, at 150,000 stars. Nothing sits above it — once you are there the star counter simply keeps climbing with no new title.

How do I get stars fast?

Stars come from runway votes, so placement matters more than round count. Finishing a round is worth far less than placing top three, and Style Showdown pays a winner bonus that scales with how many rounds that game ran.

Do ranks give you items?

Some do. A handful of ranks unlock items that cannot be obtained any other way, which is why high ranks show up in outfits you cannot copy with codes or Robux.

Why does Style Showdown show a different rank?

Style Showdown runs its own progression on Style Stars, added in the 4 July 2026 overhaul. Your main rank and your Showdown rank move independently.
